Buyer's Agents As a Buyer’s agent you want to ensure that your client is
clear about the quality of the water and how that will affect their family and
lifestyle. You also want to be certain
that the buyer is aware of any radon issues. Additionally your client may want
to know about soil contamination or suitability for gardening. In rare cases
there are other situations where we can assist with analysis to resolve
concerns.
Frequently home inspectors will provide the testing that is
necessary to ensure that your client has the information they needs to make an
informed decision about the purchase of the property. However, if the home inspector does not
provide that information you will want to ensure s/he get it. We will be pleased to assist you in choosing
the right tests for their needs.
Seller’s Agents As the seller’s agent you have a choice. You can leave it to
the buyer to choose what he wants to know about the property. Alternatively,
many sellers’ agents choose to live by the slogan "fore warned is fore
armed.” If that is the right solution
for you, then you will want to work with us to have the water, radon and possibly
the soil tested early in the process.
Which ever agency status you have, here are some things you
will find valuable about working with ETR Labs: - All water testing and radon testing results and most other analysis are available within 1-2 business days of receipt of the sample.
- Additionally we are able to provide analysis of most substances for most purposes. Two of the other more common requests that arise include soil and mold testing.
- Our report is clear and easy for you and your clients to read and understand.
- Our reports are CONFIDENTIAL to our customer and will NEVER be provided to anyone without your authorization.
- We send the report to anyone you direct us to (buyer, seller, bank, etc.) but will ONLY send to those if you request it of us.
- We have a variety of payment plans designed to meet your company needs. These include prepaid, payment with delivery (check, cash or CC), credit card on file, or the well known on account and net 30. Each plan has its advantages and we will work with you to design the plan that best suits your needs.
- You can hand deliver the sample to our laboratory in Leominster, MA everyday of the year as is convenient for you and/or your clients.
- We receive UPS and FedEx Monday-Friday and USPS Monday through Saturday and even Sunday with Express Mail (R).
